One stream for the whole group — a reminder, a thank-you, a question. Reply to a message and it quotes what you're answering; react with a simple 👍 or 🙏. When something new arrives, members get a small notice that never shows what the message says.
Calendar
Meetings, cleanups, potlucks — including events that repeat monthly without retyping. And when another group needs to see your schedule, you can share just the calendar: they never see your people, notes, or messages.
