SiloKeep

Private coordination for trusted groups

Run your group. Keep your data.

SiloKeep is a local-first coordination tool for small trusted groups — shared rosters, responsibilities, calendars, and action items — where sensitive information never lives in a readable cloud.

What you can run

Live

Roster & responsibilities

Track who's in your group and what each person is responsible for — assignments, roles, and confirmations at a glance.

Live

Shared calendar

Coordinate dates — including recurring events — and share a single calendar with other groups without exposing anything else.

Live

Action items

A live, shared task list so nothing falls off the radar — updates merge across devices, even offline.

Live

Meeting notes

A shared notebook for your group. Several people can type in the same note during a meeting — edits merge as you go.

The difference

Private by architecture, not by policy

Most tools promise privacy in a policy you have to trust. SiloKeep makes it structural — the same posture as an end-to-end encrypted messenger, applied to your group's coordination.

Local-first

Every member's device holds the full data set and works fully offline. There is no central database of record to lose or leak.

End-to-end encrypted

Only intended members hold the keys. The sync server — even hosted — only ever sees ciphertext. It cannot read your data.

Access is the encryption boundary

Sharing is structural, not a checkbox. A calendar shared with another group can't expose your private roster — the keys were never shared.

No password database

Identity is self-sovereign: an account is derived from a recovery phrase, with biometric unlock coming. There's no central account table to breach.

Nothing to hold hostage

Every member's device holds the complete data. Stop paying, switch tools, or walk away — your group's data stays with you, never stranded on a server.

Minimal blast radius

Because no server can read your data, a server breach exposes nothing readable. Revoking a member cuts off all future access.

How it works

01

Data lives on your devices

Add people, assignments, and tasks. Everything is stored locally and works offline.

02

It syncs end-to-end encrypted

Changes merge across your group's devices as encrypted, unreadable data.

03

Through a relay that can't read it

Our sync relay passes the encrypted data along. It holds no keys and no accounts — there's nothing on it to trust, and nothing readable to breach.

Pricing

SiloKeep is free to use on your own device. One flat subscription — per group, not per person — unlocks encrypted sync for everyone in it.

Start free

$0

  • Every feature — roster, calendar, action items, notes
  • All data on your device, works fully offline
  • No account, no email, no card

Group plan

$20 / year per group

  • End-to-end encrypted sync across every member's device
  • Up to 15 members — one price covers the whole group
  • Share your calendar with other groups, privately
  • No user accounts: your subscription is a token, and your billing email never touches your group's data
Start free, subscribe in the app

Cancel anytime — your group keeps syncing until the period ends. And because your data lives on your devices, not our servers, stopping a subscription never takes anything away from you: it's yours to keep, sync or no sync.
